We offer Exclusive Buyer Agency which is a written agreement establishing a business relationship between you and us. Our agreement will include a start and end date, our duties and obligations to you and yours to us, and how we will be paid. The brokerage agreement in Real Estate eliminates that age-old question: “Just who is my agent representing – me or the seller?” We represent you, the Buyer.
