lynn actively and brilliantly managed extensive renovations to this property prior to this sale, producing superb results. the property was only open for 4.5 days, sold for more than ten percent above the asking price, and closed ten days later. one neighbor quipped that the pre-sale interest in this property was so high due to lynn's marketing efforts that we should have hired a traffic cop to direct traffic near the house.

I met Lynn Norusis while she was showing a rental for a colleague of hers. I was not looking for realtor at that time but I planned to within the next 6 months although I did not plan on using Century 21.
