STEP ONE: Prepping the Home

If you take care of your home and show it in the best light you improve your chance of getting the highest return. We work with you to go through the steps of having your home show in pristine order and offer recommendations for professionals you can work with to make the process as easy as possible. We also provide complimentary light staging or a complimentary consultation with a professional stager, whatever fits your needs.

STEP TWO: Marketing the Home

In today’s world, you have 8 seconds to impress a potential buyer. Our go-to-market plan for each of our listings showcases your home in the best light to compel serious buyers to dive deeper into your property. We work with you to stage your home, then use high-definition, Fusion photography for all of our images in our high-quality, luxurious brochures. To give the purchaser a full immersion experience, Matterport 3D tours and high-definition video enables buyers to tour your home from the comfort and convenience of their couch. These media will live on a property-specific website on Google so buyers find your property.

STEP THREE: Negotiating Offers and Getting to Closing
