FAUQUIER COUNTY

Hollin Farm: 1524 Snowden Rd. Delaplane, VA 20144
Hollin Farms was started by the late Robert C. Davenport in the early 1950s. The farm is named after Hollin Hills, an award-winning community of modern houses that he developed in Fairfax County in the 1950s and 60s. You can pick your own harvest to include apples, arugula, broccoli raab, mustard greens, radishes, mizuna, and dig your own potatoes! BONUS! Hollin Farms is known for raising award-winning Angus beef cattle with no implants and no antibiotics. The pastured, free-range animals are farm bred and raised on Hollin Farms in the historic Crooked Run Valley in Fauquier County, VA. Check the website for more information.

Valley View pick-your-own orchards include peaches, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, apricots, apples, pumpkins and Christmas trees.  Valley View Farm is also home to Valley View Hard Cidery, Nobel Hive Meadery, Valley View Cellars, and Strother Family Vineyards. The Striblings have farmed this land for six generations and are proud of the fruit their family has grown for the last 200 years. Peaches are available from mid-July through mid-August and apples from mid-August through early November. Beginning in September, they offer fresh cider and all sizes and shapes of pumpkins. Come and enjoy a day in the country at our orchard. Relax, bring a picnic, and enjoy our breath-taking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Wegmeyer Farms family is known for their spring-time picks of strawberries but starating September 25th you can PICK YOUR OWN PUMPKINS.

CLARK COUNTY

Mackintosh Fruit Farms: 1608 Russell Rd. Berryville, VA 22611
Open for pick your own fruits and vegetables Thursday – Sunday until October 31, 2021, Thursday through Sunday from 8 am until 5 PM (or picked out). Check out the website each week to see what crops are ready to be picked. They have peaches, apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, okra and more! Fee to pick is $2 per person and crops by weight.
