The FOCUS on NoVA Real Estate team takes a look at the current status of Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington.

Even during the COVID pandemic, Amazon continues construction at HQ2 in Arlington.

The bulk of the current project being worked on is at S. Eads and 15th S. Streets, where construction continues on two 22-story towers. The buildings are expected to open in 2023 and will hold half of the expected 25,000 employees Amazon plans to hire in the coming years.

The buildings will also include street-level retail and 2 acres of open space.
