The FOCUS on NoVA Real Estate team takes a look at what is happening with Metro’s Silver Line extension and what development be popping up along the route.

 

Metro’s Silver line extension that will add six more stations through western Fairfax and into Loudoun County was expected to open this year. However, due to train control software and some issues with the concrete, lines are not expected to open until 2021 for service.

But, once the stations do open, a lot of development is coming with it. Take a look at the breakdown of development that is going to be coming as Metro expands to the western parts of Northern Virginia.
